Affiliate Program Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and hold a valid PayPal account capable of receiving payments. You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations and platform rules that apply to how you promote Moonrank.

We may approve, decline, suspend or remove any Affiliate at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.

Enrollment is free and approval is automatic — there is no application review or waiting period. You must provide accurate, complete and current information when you enroll and keep it up to date.

Each person or business may hold one affiliate account. Creating multiple accounts to inflate referrals or evade these Terms is prohibited.

On enrollment you receive a unique referral link. Referrals are tracked by Affonso using a 30-day, last-click cookie: when a visitor clicks your link and subscribes to a paid Moonrank plan within 30 days, the referral is attributed to you.

You are responsible for using your own referral link correctly. We are not liable for referrals that are not tracked because a visitor disabled cookies, used a different device or browser, cleared their cookies, or was attributed to another affiliate under last-click.

You earn a commission of 20% of the net amount of each qualifying payment made by a customer you referred, for 6 months from that customer's first payment. Commission applies to recurring subscription payments made within that 6-month window.

Commission is calculated on the plan price actually paid, excluding taxes, fees, discounts, credits, refunds and chargebacks. No commission is earned on free trials, payments outside the 6-month window, or amounts that are refunded or reversed.

Attribution is last-click with a 30-day cookie. If a customer was already a Moonrank user, was already in an active trial or subscription, or was first referred by another affiliate within the attribution window, no commission is due to you for that customer.

Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, in USD, once your available balance reaches the $60 minimum payout threshold. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following month until the threshold is met.

Sales made in other currencies are automatically converted to USD. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details; we are not liable for payments sent to an incorrect PayPal account you supplied, or for fees charged by PayPal.

Commission is only earned on payments that are completed and retained by Moonrank. If a payment that generated commission is later refunded, disputed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, the corresponding commission is reversed and deducted from your current or future balance. If your balance is insufficient, we may offset the amount against future commissions.

You agree not to promote Moonrank using any of the following methods. Doing so may result in withheld commissions and removal from the Program:

• Spam, unsolicited email, SMS or messaging of any kind.
• Bidding on Moonrank brand terms, trademarks or common misspellings in paid search, or directing paid traffic to a URL that masks Moonrank as the destination.
• False, misleading or exaggerated claims about Moonrank, its pricing, features or results.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or any technique that sets the referral cookie without a genuine click.
• Self-referrals, or placing orders for your own or related accounts.
• Unauthorized coupon, discount or deal sites, or advertising discount codes that were not provided by Moonrank.
• Impersonating Moonrank or implying an official partnership, sponsorship or employment that does not exist.
• Promotion on sites or channels containing illegal, adult, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Moonrank name, logo and approved marketing assets solely to promote Moonrank in line with these Terms. You may not alter the logo or assets, nor use them in a way that is misleading or damaging to the brand.

You may not register or use any domain name, social handle, app, trademark or business name that contains 'Moonrank' or any confusingly similar term. All intellectual property remains owned by Moonrank, and this license ends automatically when your participation ends.

You and Moonrank are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship. You have no authority to make any representation, warranty or commitment on behalf of Moonrank.

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes due on commissions you earn. Where required by law, you agree to provide accurate tax information before payouts can be released.

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about the Program, including commission terms not published publicly, internal metrics and any materials we mark as confidential, and to use them only to participate in the Program.

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. On termination, any commissions earned and above the payout threshold will be paid in the next regular payout cycle, provided they relate to valid, retained payments.

If we terminate you for fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms, you forfeit any unpaid commissions, and we may withhold payouts while we investigate suspected fraud or invalid activity.

The Program is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no guarantee of any minimum earnings, traffic, conversions or availability of the Program. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonrank's total liability arising out of or relating to the Program is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may modify these Terms, the commission rate, the cookie window, payout settings or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Moonrank's operations, and are supplemental to Moonrank's general Terms of Service. Questions about the Program or these Terms can be sent to hello@moonrank.ai.
